Here is some feedback on the level of qualifications and training of the staff in our service:
All childcare workers in Anchor Childcare are trained to a minimum standard of FETAC level 5 in childcare.
The company also has 6 staff members that hold a FETAC level 6 supervision in childcare certificate and 3 qualified Montessori teachers on our team.
All of our employees have completed food safety and hygiene training as well as children first child protection training, fire safety, manual handling and are fully Garda Vetted.
Many of our staff hold a first aid certificate either in paediatric first aid or FAR first aid responder training so meeting and exceeding the legal requirements of one first aider on the premises.
Overall we hope you would agree children really are getting the best of care from the most qualified of staff in Anchor Childcare Centre.
